Palace Poker
THE PLAYERS CAN PLAY MAXIMUM 4 BOXES.
Place the Ante and Bonus bet before the cards are dealt or just place the Bonus bet for you or for the dealer’s combination.
The minimum for the dealer’s qualification is Ace/King.
You have the option to bet Bonus on dealer’s hand. Dealer needs to qualify with 2 pairs or more in order to win Bonus bet. There is no limit of players for this bet.
You have the option to play only the Bonus bet on one or all free betting boxes. If you receive minimum 2 pairs or more, this Bonus bet is a winner.
Change or buy up to 5 cards for the equivalent of the bet placed on “Ante”. By changing or buying a card you give up the Bonus bet. For each player, the cards are changed sequentially. The final bet is the equivalent of 2 times “Ante”.
If you bet after you change cards or you buy the 6th card you will be paid as follows: the “ANTE” bet is returned, but if the dealer qualifies, the “BET” is paid depending on the combination achieved by you.
If you buy the 6th card, any set of 5 cards can be used to form a combination. If you form 2 different combinations from the 5 or 6 cards, then both combinations will be paid only if the best first combination composed of 5 cards is higher than the dealer’s combination.
By different combinations is understood the fact that there must be at least 1 card in the combinations of 2, 3, 4 or 5 cards that is not used in the other combination. No more than 2 combinations can be paid in a single hand.
The possible combinations which may appear in a winning hand are available on the table’s limits display, section “POSSIBLE COMBINATIONS”.
If you have a combination of minimum 3 of a kind, you can bet “Insurance” against a dealer’s hand without qualification. The insurance can be any amount between the table minimum and the maximum possible payment of the respective hand.
For the boxes which were insured, the insurance will be paid 1:1 only if the dealer does not qualify; in case the dealer’s combination is equal to the player’s combination, this bet is returned. If the dealer has a higher formation, this bet is returned to the player. If the dealer qualifies and has a formation lower than the player’s, this bet is losing.
If the dealer doesn’t qualify, you can opt to be paid the equivalent of the initial bet (ante) or you can change the card with the highest value in the dealer’s combination by placing the value of the “Ante” bet.
If you wish to play 2 boxes open, the Ante bet must be equal on both boxes.
You can play more than 2 boxes, but the 3rd and 4th must be played blind, meaning you place the ante, the bet and the bonus before the cards are dealt. The blind bet boxes can also be insured.
